Biography
Bettina Guthridge has been illustrating for more than 25 years. Her work spans children's book illustrations, maps, editorial illustrations, architectural renderings and court portraits.
She has worked for both local and overseas publishers and is a member of the Victorian Illustrators Association.
The children's book series entitled: Travelling Solo, which she illustrated and authored, was shortlisted for the 2001 Eve Pownall Award given by the Children's Book Council.
Working in various media including pen and ink, watercolour, gouache, acryllic and, most recently, digital, Bettina's quirky perspective gives life and humour to her illustrations, engaging audiences of all ages.
